At Form PM, we are a boutique project and development management consultancy dedicated to delivering projects with expertise, care, and a hands-on approach. 

Our team, led by Managing Director David Pentland and Senior Project Manager Rachel Lauritzen, brings a combined 40 years of industry experience to every project.
 
Whether managing large-scale commercial developments or bespoke residential projects, we pride ourselves on precision, innovation, and delivering results that exceed client expectations. Every project is personally managed by David and Rachel, ensuring high attention to detail, clear communication, and a seamless experience from start to finish.

FORM PM provides a no-nonsense approach to Development and Project management making sure projects are delivered with utmost care to detail.

David Pentland
Has 25 years of construction and property development experience across a variety of sectors including commercial, retail, residential, industrial, mining and public spaces.

Having successfully delivered projects as the lead Project Manager with several listed Australian and international institutions, David has an attention to detail that has allowed him to hand over multiple award winning projects. Over two decades of experience have provided David with a wide-reaching contact base across various professions and expertise, which are readily available to complement any project or business requirement.
 
With a successful and comprehensive track record covering residential and commercial office construction projects, David has a passion for delivering unique developments.

  • Bachelor & Masters in Landscape Architecture from Penn State University
  • Advanced Diploma in Building and Construction Management

Rachel Lauritzen
Is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 15 years of experience delivering complex projects across the commercial, industrial, rail, and mining sectors.

She specialises in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring well-defined user requirements are seamlessly integrated for successful outcomes.
 
With experience as a program and project manager, and superintendent, Rachel has worked both directly for large corporations and as a client representative, providing her with a deep understanding of stakeholder needs. She is adept at navigating corporate approval processes, leading investment committee presentations, and securing project funding.

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering (First Class Honors) from QUT
  • Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Columbia University
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
