OVERVIEW
David provided development and project management services to assist GPT in re-positioning the iconic Riverside Centre building through a series of building refurbishments, including the award-winning commercial lobby and plaza, retail food court, each level’s bathroom amenities and lift lobby foyers, and a series of essential services upgrades.

The rejuvenation of the asset has allowed GPT and the Riverside Centre to continue to be a premium commercial destination in Brisbane.
